Hallo ihr Lieben!

Seit gestern ist es offiziell: Ich wechsele den Job. Ich werde den superbequemen Job an einer Grundschule gegen einen neuen Job in der Verwaltung eines Seniorenzentrum tauschen. 

Since yesterday it's official: I will start a new job. I will change the super comfortable job at a elementary school with a new job in the administration of an old people's home.

Auf Wiedersehen Ferien, freie Brückentage, Elternsprechtage, megageniale Arbeitszeiten, nette Kollegen und (meistens) liebe Kinder!!! 

Bye, bye holidays, free bridge days, open school days, mega brilliant working hours, nice fellows and (mostly) kind children!! 

Hallo Bürostuhl, (hoffentlich) neue nette Kollegen, immernoch super Arbeitszeiten (wenn auch viel mehr), (hoffentlich) liebe Senioren, neue Aufgabe!!!

Hello office chair, (hopefully) new nice fellows, still fantastic working hours (even if its a lot more), (hopefully) kind seniors, new assignment!!!

Im Moment läuft alles noch ziemlich chaotisch! 4 Leute müssen morgens gleichzeitig aus dem Haus. Das gibt ein ganz schönes Gedränge auf dem Badezimmer. Und wer behauptet, dass Männer schneller sind als Frauen, der hat MEINE Männer noch nicht erlebt... Aber ich denke, das wird sich einspielen.

At the moment everything is rather chaotically yet. 4 people have to leave the house at the same time. So there's really a crush in the bathroom. An those who suggest that men are faster than women haven't seen MY men ... But I think, it will work out.

Ich freue mich auf meine neue Aufgabe. Ob noch genauso viel Zeit zum Basteln bleibt, kann ich noch nicht sagen. Ich befürchte, nicht. Aber auch das lasse ich mal auf mich zukommen. Auf jeden Fall wißt ihr jetzt, woran es liegt, wenn es hier mal ruhiger wird.

I'm really looking forward to my new assignment. I can't say if there will be as many time for crafting as now. I'm afraid not. But I will take things as they come. Anyhow now you know what's the reason when it is a bit more quiet here.

Heute mal wieder eine Karte im "The sweetest thing"-Stil.

Today again a card in the "The sweetest thing" style.

In Natura sind die Farben noch ein wenig kräftiger. 

In kind the colours are even a little bit brighter.

So, das war's auch schon wieder. Mal sehen, was wir so am Wochenende machen. Vielleicht beruhigt sich das Wetter ja mal wieder. Dann könnte man ja wirklich mal nach draußen gehen. Aber bei dem Sturm und Regen der letzten Tage bin ich dann doch lieber zuhause geblieben...

Well, that's it for the moment. Let's see what we do at the weekend. Perhaps the weather calms down so we can go outside again. The last days were so stormy and rainy that I preferred to stay at home.

I felt like using very bright colours.

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Heute morgen habe ich meine neuen Magnolia-Stempel bekommen. Einen davon habe ich gleich eingeweiht.

This morning I received my new Magnolia stamps. One of them I used immediately.

Ich glaube, ich werde doch noch zu einem Fan von Lila. Vor einem Jahr hätte ich noch gsagt: LILA - och neeeee!!! Aber in der Zwischenzeit gefällt es mir doch ganz gut.

I think after all I will become a fan of lilac. One year ago I would have said: LILAC - oh nooooo!!! But in the meantime I'm rather pleased with it.

Ist das nicht eine Süße...? 2 Motive aus der neuen Kollektion habe ich mir ausgesucht, und "Tilda loves flowers" ist eines davon. Als ich sie gesehen habe, war ich sofort verliebt ...

Isn't this a cutie ...? I've chosen 2 images from the new collection and "Tilda loves flowers" is one of them. When I saw her I fell in love immediately ...

Das zweite Motiv zeige ich euch später. Morgen ist erst einmal eine neue Challenge bei Hanna & Friends an der Reihe.

*~ ganz schnelle Notizzettel-Halter / very quick notepads holder ~*

 

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Heute zeige ich euch zwei Notizzettel-Halter, die superschnell gemacht sind.

  

Today I show you two notepads holder which are created super quickly.

Ihr nehmt einfach einen Bierdeckel und verschönert ihn mit Designerpapier. Dann schneidet ihr kleine Notizzettel (oder nehmt einfach einen Post-it-Block) und befestigt sie mit Papierklammern am Bierdeckel. Sind die Notizzettel aufgebraucht, befestigt ihr einfach neue. 

Take a beermat and pimp it with designer paper. Then cut small notepads (or take a post-it pad) and fix them with a paper clip. If the notepads are used up, only fix some new ones.

Wenn ihr mögt, könnt ihr noch einen kleinen Schlitz ins Papier schneiden, ein Band durchziehen und so einen Stift befestigen.

Ich hoffe, ihr seid alle gut im neuen Jahr angekommen. Habt ihr viele gute Vorsätze? Also, ich schon ...! Unter anderem habe ich mir fest vorgenommen, mehr auf euren Blogs zu kommentieren und mich vielleicht auch mal wieder im Stempelcafe blicken zu lassen...

I hope, you all arrived well in the new year. Do you have New Year resolutions? I have ...! Among others I intend to comment on your blogs more often and I even want to visit the Stempelcafe sometimes again...

Zum Start ins Jahr 2012 habe ich eine ganz zarte Karte gewerkelt. 

To start into the year 2012 I created a very soft card.

Ich schaue im Moment gerne bei The Sweetest Thing vorbei und dort bin ich auch zu dieser Karte inspiriert worden.

I often visit The Sweetest Thing at the moment and I habe been inspired there to make this card.

 Gerne würde ich euch ja noch eine Nahraufnahme der süßen Tilda mit Amaryllis zeigen, aber Blogger weigert sich, dieses Foto hochzuladen. Warum - keine Ahnung!
