Hallo ihr Lieben!

Heute zeige ich euch die nächste Weihnachtskarte. Mein Vorrat wächst, aber einige brauche ich noch. Habe jetzt mal eine Liste gemacht, an wen ich alles Karten verschicken möchte. Da muß ich mich dann noch ziemlich 'ranhalten.

*~ ISB #40 - Card in a box ~*

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Da bin ich wieder mit einer neuen Challenge bei ISB. Diesmal möchten wir gerne eine

"Card in a box"

von euch sehen.

Man hat ja oft das Problem, dass die Karten kaum noch in normale Umschläge passen, wenn man mit Blümchen und anderen Embellishments dekoriert. Deshalb ist so eine Card in a box eine tolle Alternative.

Schaut mal:

Here I am again with a new challenge over at ISB. This time we would like to see a

"card in a box".

Often you have problems to put cards in regular envelopes if you decorate with flowers and other embellishments. So this card in a box is a fantastic option.

Look here:

Ich zeige euch als erstes die Karte.

I show you the card first. 

Sie ist nach dem Sketch von Sunday Sketch & Stamp gearbeitet.

I followed the sketch from Sunday Sketch & Stamp.

Und hier ist die Box.

And here's the box.

Sie basiert auch auf dem gleichen Sketch, allerdings ohne Motiv.

It is based on the same sketch, but without an image.

 

Und hier seht ihr, dass die Karte genau in die Box paßt.

And here you can see, that the card fits exactly into the box.

 Natürlich zeige ich euch auch noch eine Nahaufnahme des Motivs. Ich habe mich diemal mit dem Colorieren sehr schwer getan. Ich habe 3 Versuche gebraucht, bis ich dieses Ergebnis erzielt habe, mit dem ich einigermaßen zufrieden bin.

Of course I show a close-up of the image, too. This time coloring was very difficult for me. I needed 3 tries until I made this coloring which I'm rather pleased with.

Schaut euch auch die Werke der anderen DT-Mitglieder an. Es lohnt sich. Alle haben soooo tolle Karten und Boxen gezaubert ...

Mein Werk möchte ich außerdem noch bei Kartenallerlei mit dem Thema "braun & rosa" einreichen.

Jetzt schaut euch doch mal diese kleine Prinzessin an. Ist die nicht zuckersüß mit ihrem Steckenpferd ...?

Bekommen könnt ihr "Bell Horses - Li'l Princess Tu-tu" übrigens hier. Mir hat es wahnsinnig viel Spaß gemacht, sie zu colorieren.Vielleicht probiert ihr es ja auch mal.

By the way, you can get "Bell Horsed - Li'l Princess Tu-tu" here. I had so much fun coloring her. Perhaps you give it a try, too.

Heute nur ein Foto von mir. Das war der Ausblick aus meinem Bastelzimmer heute morgen:

- 12 °C, klare Luft und dieses super kitschige aber traumhaft schöne Morgenrot. Meine Mutter hat mir als kleines Kind immer erzählt, dass bei so einem Morgenrot die Engelchen im Himmel Weihnachtsplätzchen backen. Daran muß ich auch heute immernoch denken, wenn ich so einen Himmel sehe. Es gibt Geschichten, die vergißt man nie ...
